Payment methods accepted

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other payment methods depending on your country. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Guests are charged the base price plus applicable taxes at confirmation. Sylhaven does not charge guests a service fee; an 8% platform fee is deducted from the host's payout.

For refunds, the amount is returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
