How to book a haven

To book a haven on Sylhaven:

1. **Browse** our listings by category (sauna, cold plunge, wellness, etc.) or location. 2. **Select** a haven that interests you and check availability on the calendar. 3. **Choose** your preferred date and time (and duration for hourly bookings). 4. **Submit** your booking request. For instant-book listings, your reservation is confirmed immediately. For others, the host will approve or decline. 5. **Pay** when the booking is confirmed. You'll need a valid payment method on file. You pay the base rate plus applicable taxes—no additional service fees.

Once confirmed, you'll receive details and can message your host through the platform.
