What are my responsibilities as a host?

As a host you're expected to:

- **Maintain** a clean, safe facility and follow our safety guidelines. - **Communicate** clearly with guests and respond to inquiries promptly. - **Provide** clear instructions for check-in, equipment use, and emergencies. - **Follow** local regulations (permits, taxes, insurance as applicable).
